He was a resident of 240 St. Michele Street. Interment was in the Holy Rosary Cemetery under the direction of Chauvin Funeral Home. Mr. Pitre, a native of Houma, died at 5:24 a.m., March 10 in the Terrebonne General Hospital. He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Theresa Malbrough and one daughter, the late Clandria Pitre. Survivors include one son, Elsoyd Pitre of Gretna; two daughters, Mrs. Easton Picou of Chauvin and Mrs. J. C.
