Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Mass will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by four sons, Julius Pitre and wife Bessie, Gary Pitre and wife, Betty, Gerard Pitre and wife, Lillian, and Clyde Pitre and wife, Lisa all of Houma; three stepsons, Mark Triche and wife, Melissa of Houma, Jessie and wife, Pat Triche of Bayou Dularge, and Daniel and wife, Joy Triche of Oklahoma; five daughters, Dorothy Pitre and husband, Gene, Rosemary Guerrero and husband, Francisco, and Catherine Trahan and husband, Glen, all of Houma, Antoinette LeBoeuf and husband, Clifford of Bayou Blue and Margaret Trosclair and husband, Johnny of Bourg; two stepdaughters, Cheryl and husband, Wayne Lirette of Bayou Dularge and Mona and husband, Robin Cruma of Houma; 130 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and 15 step-grandchildren.
