Candies, Mrs. E.P. Lee and Mrs. A.P. Chol and the late Carl Pitre, survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, age 86 years, a native and a resident of Raceland, La., F.F.D.  Relatives and friends of the family, also members of the W.O.W. Carl Louis Pitre:  New Orleans States (New Orleans, LA), Sunday, 5 April 1925:  Carl Pitre Buried - Thibodaux, La., April 4 - Carl Pitre, 30, died in New Orleans after having been removed from Thibodaux to receive medical treatment at one of the hospitals.  Mr. Pitre was employed by the Teche Transfer Co.  Funeral services were held Friday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church.  Members of the Woodmen of the World; Protector Fire Company No. 2, and employees of the Teche Transfer Company attending in a body.  The deceased is survived by his wife and three small daughters.

Lee, a resident of St. Charles Community, died at 10:30 p.m. Thursday, March 2, in Raceland.  She was 75.  Visitation at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland begins at 8 a.m.  Saturday, March 4, and will continue until funeral time.  Funeral services were scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, followed by religious services at 10 a.m. at St. Charles Catholic Church.  Interment will take place in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.  She is survived by two brothers, Nolan and Lawrence Pitre and two sisters, Mrs. Elodia Adams and Mrs. Velma P. Chol.  She is preceded in death by parents, Ignace Pitre and Lenora Roussell; three brothers, Clarence, Carl and Wallace Pitre and one sister, Mrs. Doris P. Candies.

Nolan Paul Pitre:  Lafourche Daily Comet (LA), 7 March 1984:  Funeral services have been scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Falgout Funeral Home, Raceland, for Nolan Paul Pitre, 79, a native and resident of Raceland, who died at 7 p.m. Monday (5th).  Religious services have been scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, St. Charles Community, with interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Thibodaux.  Visitation will be from 6-9:30 p.m. today and from 7:30-9:30 a.m. Thursday.  He was the brother of Lawrence Pitre, Mrs. Elodie Adams and Mrs. Velma Chol.  Arrangements by Falgout.
