Notes for Mary Lesundy 'Lucinda' D'Aout:

Obituary:  North Bay Nugget (North Bay, ONT), Wednesday, 23 July 1930:  Buried at Mattawa - Mrs. Le Jambe, a former resident of Mattawa, who died at her home at a point on the T.N.O. was brought here for burial and her funeral took place on Monday morning to the Roman Catholic cemetery.  She was known in Mattawa and esteemed highly during her residence here.

 

Obituaries for the children:

Francois John Arthur Pitre dit Lajambe:  North Bay Nugget (North Bay, ONT), Friday, 15 June 1934:  Mattawa, June 15 - The funeral took place on Thursday morning of the late John LaJambe, who died Monday at his home, Rosemount.  Service was held in St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church and Interment in the Roman Catholic cemetery.  Mr. LaJambe was an elderly man and had been in poor health for some time.

Obituary:  The Toronto Star (Toronto, ONT), Monday, 23 August 1943:  Le Jambe, Edward - Suddenly with a heart attack on Thursday, August 19, 1943, Edward Le Jambe, beloved husband of Mary La Valle, dear father of Gerald and Rita Marie, and grandson Roy; aged 54 years.  Resting at the Chapel of Washington and Johnston.  Requiem  mass at St. Paul's Church on Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock.  Interment Mount Hope Cemetery.  (Timmins papers please copy.)

Funeral Home.  Requiem mass at St. Ann's Church on Monday morning at 9 a.m.  Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
