Obituaries for the children:

Domitile Pitre:  L'Impartial (PEI), Thursday, July 28, 1904:  Death has just taken from her family and friends one of the most noble women in the village of Lot 2.  Mrs. Calixte Chiasson succumbed on July 11, at the age of 66, to a long and painful illness.  She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones.  A descendant of a family whose name alone inspires respect in all, Mrs. Chiasson showed throughout her life the example of the greatest charity.  The funeral, which departed from the family home, took place at the parish cemetery amid a large gathering of relatives and friends.  The funeral service was conducted by Reverend Doctor Chiasson, pastor of Rustico and brother of Mr. Calixte Chiasson.  The gentlemen whose names follow served as pallbearers: Joseph V. Buote, Jerome Buote, Jerome Martin, Joseph Pitre, Joseph J. Buote, and Jean Blanchard.  To the bereaved family of Mrs. Chiasson, L'Impartial sends the expression of its deepest sympathy.
