Mrs. Geisendorff died at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday in a Pasadena hospital following a sudden illness. A native of Whiteville, La., she had lived in Daisetta 55 years. Survivors include two sons, A. Lyle Geisendorff Jr. of Anahuac and William R. Geisendorff of Daisetta, and one daughter, Mrs. Charles L. Budd of Pasadena.
