25 September 1833 (V1, #496 & #503) – Pier Peter & wife Mary of Bathurst, were paid by John Fraser the sum of ninety six pounds for the lot at the NE angle of lot #17 originally granted to Michael Petre Senior.
29 March 1837 (V2, #356) – Indenture – Between Pierre Petre farmer of Bathurst and Francis Ferguson merchant of Bathurst. Pierre Petre stands bound to Francis Ferguson in the penal sum of 50 pounds for the payment of the principal sum of 25 pounds with interest on the 1st July next. Pierre Petre has been paid 5 shillings by Francis Ferguson for land (part of lot #28 originally granted to Joseph Leblanc). Payment of the debt by Pierre Petre will make this land sale null and void.
15 April 1837 (V2, #509) – Francis Ferguson of Bathurst confirms mortgage debt cleared by Pierre Petre. (registered 3 November 1837)
