Joseph Anthony Pitre:  Lafourche Daily Comet (LA), March 1991:  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 p.m. Friday for Joseph "T-Joe" Tony Pitre, 76, a native of Golden Meadow and former resident of Galliano and resident of Houma who died at 12:59 a.m. Thursday (21st).  Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Friday at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma.  The Rosary will be recited today at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.  Interment is in Holy Savior Cemetery.  He was the husband of Bella Arcement Pitre and father of Dolores Pitre Cheramie and Phyllis Pitre Cullo of Houston.  He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Arthelise Guilbeaux Pitre; and two brothers, Henry Pitre and William "Yum" Pitre.  He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  He was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Houma.  Falgout Funeral Homes, Houma, is in charge of arrangements.
