Obituary: Detroit Free Press (Detroit, MI), Monday, 3 July 1933: Rites for Mrs. Marie Gagnier Peters, 81 years old, will be held at 8:30 a.m. Monday from her residence, 1709 Baldwin Ave., and at 9 a.m. from St. Charles Borromeo Church. Burial will be in Mt. Elliott Cemetery. Mrs. Peters, who died Friday, spent her entire life here. Surviving are four children, Albert, Edgar, Charles and Clara.

Aloysius Edgar Pitre: Detroit Free Press (Detroit, MI), Sunday, 14 October 1934: The Rev. R. E. Charles, pastor of the Epiphany Episcopal Church, will officiate at services for Edgar L. Peters at 3 p.m. Monday at the home, 1643 Belvedere Ave. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Mr. Peters, who was born in Detroit in 1875 and had lived here all his life, was formerly connected with the carpet department of the J.L. Hudson Co. He leaves his widow, Angela; a daughter, Mrs. Richard Stebbins; two brothers, Charles A. and Albert P.; and a sister, Clara E. Peters.
William Albert Peters: Detroit Free Press (Detroit, MI), Thursday, 20 September 1923: William Peters, 44 years old, 6813 Iroquois avenue, died in Receiving hospital Wednesday night of injuries sustained Saturday when he was struck by a street car at Van Dyke and Marquis avenues. Death was due to internal injuries. Peters stepped in front of the car apparently without seeing it.
Albert Kanter Peters: Grosse Pointe News (MI), 8 February 1968: Albert Kanter Peters: Funeral services for Mr. Peters, 85, of 442 St. Clair avenue, were held on Monday, February 5, in the Verheyden Funeral Home. He died on Friday, February 2, in the Georgian Court Nursing Home. He was the husband of the late Viola and is survived by three sons, Earle, Don G. and Paul T. Interment was in Acacia Park Cemetery.
