Obituary:  Detroit Free Press (Detroit, MI), Sunday, 14 October 1934:  The Rev. R. E. Charles, pastor of the Epiphany Episcopal Church, will officiate at services for Edgar L. Peters at 3 p.m. Monday at the home, 1643 Belvedere Ave.  Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery.  Mr. Peters, who was born in Detroit in 1875 and had lived here all his life, was formerly connected with the carpet department of the J.L. Hudson Co.  He leaves his widow, Angela; a daughter, Mrs. Richard Stebbins; two brothers, Charles A. and Albert P.; and a sister, Clara E. Peters.

Obituary:  Grosse Pointe News (MI), 8 May 1958:  Angela St. Amour Peters:  Mrs. Peters, of 1215 Whittier road, died Wednesday, April 9.  She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Richard Stebbins, a granddaughter, Mrs. Marilyn Wheeler, and two other grandchildren.  Funeral services were held April 12, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery.

Bruce Wheeler, Joy Dillaha and Carolyn Ireland.  Also nine great-grandchildren.  Committal service 2 p.m. Friday at Elmwood Cemetery.  Arrangements by A.H. Peters Funeral Home, of Grosse Pointe.
