- 28 September 1772: Widow Leroux to account to her children of their father's property and acting with consent of her sons-in-law (George Haydel, Vincent Boyer, and Antoine Albert), sold 16 arpents (located about 21 miles from N.O. on the west bank) for about 12,000 livres.
- May 1773: Boyer accidently kills one of the widow's slaves, pays her 300 piastres.
- 19 August 1782: Marie died at the home of her son-in-law George Haydel. Inventory taken.
- 8 July 1784: Succession sale nets 1468 piastres to be divided 7 ways.
