Albert Roostan was born Abt. 1811 in Calcutta, East India, and died 19 March 1884 at 11 Bentinck Street, Westminster, Middlesex.

 

Wife Eliza Ann Middleton was born 23 June 1817 in Guilford Street, St. Saviour, Southwark, Surrey, and died 16 March 1899 at Westminster Union Workhouse, St. James Westminster, London.  They were married 6 October 1851 in Craven Chapel, St. James Middlesex (Protestant Dissenters).

No. 1 Cock Court, New St., Golden Square), father's name ---Rooston (farmer), to Eliza Ann Middleton, 34 (spinster, servant; res. St. James's Workhouse Poland Street), father's name ----Middleton (no occupation listed).  Married in the said Craven Chapel according to the Rites and Ceremonies of the Protestant Dissenters by Wm. Kirkus. Neither Albert nor Eliza could sign their names. Witnesses: Thomas Stephens & John Stewart.
