Obituary:  Times Picayune (New Orleans, LA), 21 October 1950 - At Thibodaux, La., on Friday October 20, 1950, at 8:45 o'clock a.m., Josephine Hebert, beloved wife of the late Willie Pitre; mother of Irby J. Pitre and Mrs. Theresa Pitre of Thibodaux, La., Paul Pitre of Bay St. Louis, Miss., and the late Claude, Verna, Robert, Elsie and Freddie Pitre; also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; aged 74 years, native of Terrebonne parish, Louisiana.  Relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral which will take place from Chauvin and Thibodeaux funeral home, Thibodaux, La., on Saturday, October 21, 1950, at 10:30 o'clock a.m.  Religious services at St. Joseph's Catholic church, Thibodaux, La.  Interment in St. Joseph's Catholic church.  Chauvin & Thibodeaux funeral home in charge.
