Obituary:  Times Picayune (New Orleans, LA), Wednesday, 8 August 1951 - Of 317 West avenue, Harahan, Louisiana, on Tuesday, August 7, 1951, at 2 o'clock a.m., Harris Pitre, husband of the late Madeline Pontiff, father of Adam and Valery Pitre, Mrs. Annie Muscarrello and Mrs. Eva Falgout; also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; age 76 years; a native of Terrebonne parish, Louisiana.  Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of the Rheem Manufacturing Company, Oronite Chemical Company, Jackson Brewing Company and the Times-Picayune Truck Drivers, are invited to attend the funeral, which will take place from the Albert E. Briede and Son Funeral Home, Inc., 1160 Camp street, on Wednesday, August 8, 1951, at 9 o'clock a.m., followed by services at St. Rita's Catholic church, Harahan, La.  Interment in Garden of Memories.

Adam Joseph Pitre:  Times Picayune (New Orleans, LA), 24 June 1952:  Of 520 Bellecastle street, on Sunday, June 22, 1952, at 8:40 o'clock p.m., Adam Joseph Pitre Sr., beloved husband of Alice Vince; father of Adam Joseph Pitre Jr.; brother of Valerie Pitre, Mrs. Annie Muscarello and Mrs. Eva Falgout; grandfather of Cynthia and A.J. Pitre III, aged 52 years, a native of Assumption parish and a resident of this city for 35 years.  Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of Orinite Chemical Company, Jackson Brewing Company, Moore Steel, Inc., and Liquid Carbonic, Inc., are invited to attend the funeral, which will take place from the Leitz-Eagan funeral home, 2241 Magazine street, cornor Philip street, on Tuesday afternoon, June 24, 1952, at 1:45 o'clock, followed by religious services at St. Henry's church.  Interment in St. Joseph cemetery.

(Buster) Muscarella; mother of Roy Boudreaux; sister of Vary Pitre and the late Mrs. Eva Falgout and Adam Pitre; daughter of the late Harris and Madeline Pitre; also survived by 9 grandchildren.  Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of Rheems Manufacturing Co. and Hunt Tool Co.,, Harvey, La., are invited to attend the funeral.  Services from the Jefferson home of Tharp-Sontheimer-Tharp Inc., 1600 N. Causeway boulevard, Metairie, La., on Thursday morning, March 9, 1967, at 9 o'clock, followed by Requiem Mass at St. Rita's Church, Harahan, La.  Interment in Garden of Memories.

Valery Pitre:  Times Picayune (New Orleans, LA), 12 August 1970:  Vallery J. Pitre Sr., on Tuesday, August 11, 1970 at 2:30 o'clock a.m., husband of the late Thelma K. Bonck, father of Mrs. Shirley Mae Gillory, Carroll A., Vallery J. Jr., and Marvin Pitre; brother of the late Adam Pitre, Eva Falgout and Annie Muscarello, son of the late Valeri Pontiff and Harris Pitre, also survived by 1 grandchild, age 65 years, a native of Berwick, La., and a resident of this city for the past 45 years.  Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of Times-Picayune Publishing Corp., Electric Delivery Service, Southern Memorial Co., Pontchartrain Motor Co. and Liberty Bell Cab Co., are invited to attend the funeral.  Services from Lamana-Panno-Fallo Inc., 625 N. Rampart St., near Municipal Auditorium on Wednesday, August 12, 1970 at 10:30 o'clock a.m., religious services at St. Christopher church.  Interment Garden of Memories.
