He is also survived by five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Clarice T. Pitre; parents, Mr. And Mrs. Gracien Pitre; son, Albert "Pipet" Pitre; and brother, Volise Pitre. Falgout Funeral Homes, Galliano was in charge of arrangements.

Saturday, 7 March 1992: Wilman A. Pitre, a retired maintenance
worker, died Thursday at his home. He was 78. Mr. Pitre was born in
Lafourche Parish and lived in Lafitte for 45 years. Survivors include his
wife, Lorinda Marie Lee Pitre; a daughter, Gloria Adam; a sister,
Rena Ogel; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The
funeral will be held Monday at 9:30 a.m. at Lafitte Miracle Assembly of God
Church in Lafitte. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery. Westside
Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She was the mother of Rudy, Chester and Stephen Ougel, Diana Folse and Linda
Ellender; and sister of Wilman Pitre and Rena Ougel. She is
also survived by 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was
preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph Ougel; son, Alan Ougel;
parents, Gracien Pitre and Evelincia Collins Ougel; and brothers,
Winnifred and Volise Pitre. Falgout Funeral Home, Raceland, was in
charge of arrangements.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Rema Marie Ougel Yates and John Yates; grandchildren and their spouses, Melissa and Kevin Broadus, Sue Ellen Gisclair and Margo Yates; and great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kierstyn and Karyl Broadus, Tyler Yates and Corey Cheramie Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gracien and Evelyncia Pitre; brothers, Wilman, Winnifred and Volise Pitre; and sister, Edia Ougel.
