Obituaries for the children:

Joseph 'Clemille' Pitre:  Beaumont Journal (TX), Tuesday, 20 October 1925:  Body of C. J. Pitre shipped to Baldwin, La. - Port Arthur, Texas, Oct. 20 - The body of C. J. Pitre, Sr., aged 78, who died Monday night at 6:45, was sent Tuesday morning to Baldwin, La., for burial.  Pitre had lived in Port Arthur for eight years.  He had been ill for the past four years.  He is survived by his widow and two sons, C. J. Pitre, Jr., and A. Pitre, and several grandchildren, all of this city.
