- 1752 Ile St. Jean census (Anse de la Boullotierre): Pierre Henry, ploughman, native of l'Acadie, aged 46 years, he has been in the country 14 months. Married to Anne Aucoin, native of l'Acadie, aged 46 years.  They have five sons and four daughters: Pierre Henry, aged 19 years, Paul, aged 18 years, Antoinne, aged 16 years, Barthelemy, aged 7 years, Thimotée, aged 5 years, Jeanne, aged 14 years, Anastazie, aged 12 years, Elisabeth, aged 10 years, Marie Josette, aged 17 months.  In stock they have: two oxen, two cows, one heifer, one calf, four sows, and five pigs. The land upon which they are settled is situated on the Ance de la Boulottiere. It was given to them verbally by Monsieur de Bonnaventure, and on it they have made a clearing for the sowing of two bushels of grain the coming spring.          

- 23 January 1759: Pierre Henry, widower, and children Paul, Barthelemy, Timothe, Jeanne, Anastasie & Elizabeth disembarked at St. Malo from one of the ‘Five Ships’.

Notes for Angelique Aucoin:

- 23 May 1763: Pierre Duon, 2nd wife Marguerite Aucoin (Angelique’s 1st cousin), and children Marie & Marguerite (Angelique’s), and Francoise & Charles (Marguerite’s) disembarked at St. Malo from England from the ship La Dorothee.  They lived in Plouer 1763-1772.

- On the Roll of 1772: Notation that the entire family went to England in March 1773.

- 23 May 1763: Jean Melanson, widower, and children Francois & Madeleine disembarked at St. Malo from England from the ship La Dorothee.  They lived in St. Servan 1763-1765.

- 1765: The family went to live at Belle Isle en Mer.

Notes for Paul Aucoin:

- 1752 Ile St. Jean census (Riviere du Nord Est): Paul Acoin, ploughman, native of l'Acadie, aged 41 years, has been 13 months in the country. Married to Marie la Blanche, native of l'Acadie, aged 37 years.  They have a son and three daughters: Joseph, aged 4 years; Marie Joseph, aged 8 years; Marguerite Suzanne, aged 6 years; Terzille, aged 2 years.  They have the following live stock: One ox, one cow, one wether, one sow, four pigs, and seven fowls or chickens.  The land upon which they are settled was given to them verbally by Monsieur de Bonnaventure, and they have made a clearing on it for sowing a bushel of wheat.

- 1758: The family was transported to Boulogne where they remained until 1766.

- 28 May 1766: Paul Aucoin, wife Marie Leblanc and children Joseph, Marguerite Suzanne, Tarzile & Marie Madeleine arrived at St. Malo from Boulogne on the ship Le Hazard.  They lived in Pleudihen between 1766-1772.

 

8- Pierre Aucoin  b: Abt. 1714  Acadia; d: Bet. 1756 - 1762
