Wife Marie Leger was born Abt. 1699 at Port Royal, Acadia, and died Abt. 13 December 1758 in a shipwreck on the way to France. They were married 23 November 1717 at Port Royal, Acadia.

In live stock they have 2 oxen, 2 cows, 1 calf, one horse, and 4 pigs. The land on which they are settled is situated as in the preceding case and was given to them by Monsieur de Bonnaventure. They have made no clearing having been constantly ill.
- The family was imprisoned at Fort Edward in 1760. In 1762 they moved to Turtle Creek with other Theriot families.

They have seven children, five sons and two daughters: Joseph, aged 34 years, Jean, aged 31 years, René, aged 26 years, Pierre, aged 22 years, François, aged 18 years, Marie Joseph, aged 16 years, Anne, aged 13 years. René Blanchard, orphan, native of l'Acadie, aged 5 years. In live stock they have four oxen, nine cows, one heifer, four calves, one bull, one wether, two ewes, and five pigs. The land upon which they are settled is situated on the north shore of Rivière de Bedecq. On it they have made a clearing where they can sow sixteen bushels of wheat.
