- 5 December 1776: Louis Delatte, widower of Catherine Echetaire, petitioned to sell some of the community property.  The farm was sold for 300 piastres to Vincent Boyer.

Notes for Antoine Joseph Delatte:

- 1719/20: Signed contract with Company of Ste. Catherine Colonist. Antoine Joseph Delatte, joiner's boy, native of Douay. Hired 24 September 1719 for six years, payment of 200 livres upon engagement, 20 francs per month & food, 15 sols per day until sailing.
- Antoine Joseph Delatte listed as "Engages" bound for the Ste. Reine Concession on the Loire for Louisiana from Lorient 11 August 1720, and wife (first wife – unknown). 

- 20 December 1724 census "along the Miss. R. between N.O. and the German villages".   Living on the concession of M. Claude Joseph Dubreuil, native of Douay, carpenter. 

- 1 July 1727 New Orleans census: Antoine Joseph Delattes - on St. Louis St., carpenter.

- January 1732: Delattes,carpenter, on Conti St. with wife and child.  Also listed Michel Delates.
