- 18 May 1793: Louis Bruno Gireaudeau purchased Lot #18600, Square 58 in the French Quarter from Carlos Delachaise.  Louis sold this same lot on 11 December 1794 to Gabriel Fonvergne.

- 11 February 1805: Court Case

"To the honorable Superior Court of the Territory of New Orleans.  Fortin health officer residing in this city humbly complaining therewith that he is creditor of a certain Giraudeau to the amount of 1890 dollars as per note of hand and equated(?) account which are in his possession and bearing date of the 20th January and 21st November 1804.  The above mentioned debts are privileged upon Mr. Giraudeau's plantation and the produce arising from the same, as being caused for the petitioner's care and attendance as surgeon on the negroes of said plantation in their disease, but this has been of no effect with Mr. Giraudeau to procure an exact payment which was requested of him at many repeated times without any effect.  Then the petitioner prays your honorable court to issue an order to summon the said Louis Giraudeau to pay the said sum of one thousand and two hundred and ten dollars above mentioned with the interests and costs and the petitioner so is duty bound will ever pray.  (signed) Moreau Lisley, atty. at law
