The Dwelling House and Blacksmith's Forge present a frontage of 51 feet and upwards, to the principal street of Staplehurst, and an extensive business in the trade of a blacksmith, has been for many years carried on there. The attention of blacksmiths and ironmongers is particularly directed to this property, which, from its advantages of trade and situation, evidently affords a rare opportunity of beneficially investing a small capital. For further particulars, and to treat for the purchase, apply to Messrs. Ottaway, Solicitors, Staplehurst.
