Obituary: The Brattleboro Reformer (Brattleboro, VT), Thursday, 26 June 1958: Keene, N.H. - Mrs. Helen L. Peets, 52, wife of Wesley J. Peets of 195 Court St., died yesterday in Elliot Community Hospital after a long illness. She was born in Bellows Falls, Vt., June 23, 1906, the daughter of James and Ethel (Smith) Hojaboom. Also surviving are two sons, Wesley J. Peets, Jr., and Lionel G. Peets, both of Keene; five daughters, Mrs. Lorraine Russell, Jacquelin, Patricia and Sandra Peets, all of Keene, and Mrs. Arlene Blanchard of Las Vegas, Nev.; her mother, Mrs. James Hojaboom of Keene, and four grandchildren. Mrs. Peets was a member and past president of the Auxiliary to the Eagles. The funeral will be held in St. Bernard's Church at 9 o'clock Friday morning. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Friends may call at the Frank J. Foley Funeral Home tonight.
