Ralph Waldo Peters: The Boston Globe (Boston, MA), Thursday, 6 June 1946: Wellesley, June 5 - Ralph W. Peters Jr., 48, veteran of World War I, and a machinist at the Hingham Shipyards, died suddenly tonight at his home, Highledge av. Born in Dorchester, he had resided there until one montha go, when he came to Wellesley. Enlisting in the Navy in World War I, he served for five years. He leaves a wife, Mary; three children, three brothers and a sister. The funeral will be held from the George F. Doherty funeral home, with a solemn high requiem mass at 9:30 a.m..Friday, at St. Paul's Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Roxbury.
