Roy Pitre will be at 1 p.m. Sunday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Entombment will be in Sacred Heart Mausoleum under direction of Ardoin.
Pitre, 87, of Ville Platte died Friday, April 17, 1998, in Ville Platte Medical
Center. Survivors include his wife, Sellonie Fontenot Pitre of
Ville Platte; one son, Anthony Pitre of Ville Platte; one daughter,
Cecile Miller of Baton Rouge; two brothers, Harry Pitre of Ville
Platte and Olipsie Pitre of Beaumont, Texas; three grandchildren and one
great-grandchild. A rosary service will begin at 8 p.m. today in the
funeral home. Friends may call from 2-9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until
time of services Sunday in the funeral home.
