Jr., Ronnie and Ricky Pitre, Barbara (Bobbie) Lambert, Melissa Guidry, and the late Bernard and Robert Pitre.  Brother of Albert Pitre Sr., Bernice Garary, and the late Yvonne Schouest.  Son of the late Elcie and Ezar Engeron Pitre.  Also survived by 12 grandchildren.  Relatives and friends of the family, also employees and friends of B. J. Restaurant are invited to attend the Funeral from Westside Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, La. on Friday, October 6, 1989 at 11:45 A.M.  Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Houma, La at 1 o'clock P.M.  Interment in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Houma, La.  Visitation on Thursday, October 5, 1989 from 6 until 10 P.M.

Obituary:  Norma Pitre.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 3 p.m. Friday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Houma for Norma "Soso" Savoie Pitre, 69, a native of Houma and resident of Chauvin, who died at 8:35 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3 (1993).  Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  She was the mother of Raymond Jr., Ron and Rickey Pitre and Barbara “Bobbie” Lambert, all of Westwego, and Melissa "Lisa" Guidry of Chauvin; sister of Hilbert Jr., Roland, Gerald and Gary Savoie, all of Luling, and Dot Clark of Texas.  She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Pitre Sr.; parents, Hilbert and Ezar Marie Savoie; two sons, Bernard and Robert Pitre; and two sisters, Gloria Roberts and Beverly Savoie.  Falgout Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.

Funeral Services will be held in the chapel of Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home on Friday, September 12, 2003, at 1:30pm.  Friends may visit at the funeral home beginning at 11:00am.  Burial will be in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery in Westwego.


Rickey David Pitre:  We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2018, at the age of 60, Rickey David Pitre (Westwego, Louisiana), born in Houma, Louisiana passed away.  Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.  He was predeceased by: his grandchild Iean; his parent Raymond Pitre Sr.; and his sibling Ronnie Pitre (Ruby).  He is survived by: his spouse Michelle Pitre; his children, Brooke Pitre (Chase) and Christopher Pitre (Christi); his step-children, David Gray, Christuina Hingle (Scott), Derrick Hingle (Jade) and Randy Tassin Jr.; his grandchildren, Isaac, Harleigh, Kody, Cameryn, Alexandria, Breial, Christopher, Cade, Cole, Cailie, Erik and Noah; his parent Norma Savoie Pitre; and his siblings, Melissa Guidry (Alvin), Barbara Lambert, Raymond Pitre Jr. (Doreen), Robert Pitre and Bernard Pitre.
