Ouida Pitre:  Times Picayune (New Orleans, LA), Monday, 4 June 1984:  Ouida J. Trahan on Saturday, June 2, 1984 at 9:45 p.m., beloved wife of Rufus P. Trahan, mother of Reno F. Trahan of Memphis, Tenn. and Betty J. Thompson of Metairie, sister of Gary A. Pitre of Puyallup, Wash., and the late Allen Pitre, daughter of the late Wilson and Eunice Pitre, also survived by 4 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.  Relatives and friends of the family, also members of B.P.O. Elks, Harahan Lions Club and employees of L.A.T.T. Co. Railroad, are invited to attend the funeral from the Metairie Chapel of Tharp-Sontheimer-Tharp, 1600 N. Causeway Blvd., Metairie on Tuesday, June 5, 1984 at 9:00 a.m.  Interment in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery, Houma, LA with graveside services at 11:00 a.m.  Friends may call on Monday, June 4, 1984 after 7:00 p.m. until 11 p.m.
