A. Guilbault Funeral Home, Rosemount.  Funeral Saturday, Sept. 11th, at 9:30 to Sainte-Philomene's Church for service at 9:45 a.m., thence to Cote des Neiges Cemetery.

Obituaries for the children:

Joseph Adolphe Pitre:  The Times Transcript (Moncton, NB), Thursday, 6 February 1975:  Chatham - The death of Adolphe J. Pitre of 43 Princess Street, Chatham, occurred Wednesday morning at his home following a long illness.  He was 71.  Born in Bathurst, he was a son of the late Joseph and Marie (Arseneault) Pitre.  He had been an employee of Fraser's Limited for a number of years, retiring six years ago.  He is survived by his wife, the former Agathe Landry; six daughters, Mrs. Leslie Batan (Rosalie) of Toronto, Mrs. Harold Babkirk (Bernice) of Millerton, Miss Leona Pitre and Miss Sylvian Pitre, both of Montreal, Mrs. Peter Vanderberg (Helen) of Ottawa and Mrs. Michael Springer (Pauline) of Fredericton; six sons, Herman and Hector, both of Montreal, Regis of Newcastle, John of Edmonton, Alta., Albert of Chatham and Maurice Pitre at home; one sister, Mrs. Lucille Clark of Montreal.  The body is resting at his home.  Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, Chatham, with entombment in the church cemetery vault to await burial in the spring.
