Joseph Ulderic Pitre: The Lowell Sun (Lowell, MA), Saturday, 7 October 1939: Ulderic Pitre, a former resident of Wamesit, died this morning at the Tewksbury State infirmary in his 78th year. He is survived by three brothers, George, Fred and Emile Pitre; one sister Mrs. Amelie Savard and a step-daughter, Mrs. Edward J. Mosher. The body was taken to this city and removed to the Archambault funeral home, where relatives and friends may call.
And: Pitre - Died in Tewksbury, Oct. 7, Ulderic Pitre, aged 78 years. Funeral Monday morning at 9 o'clock from the Archambault funeral home. Solemn high funeral mass at St. Jean Baptiste church, at 10 o'clock. Burial in St. Joseph's cemetery.
Joseph Arthur Pitre: The Lowell Sun (Lowell, MA), Saturday, 31 December 1938: Arthur Pitre died today at his home, 71 Cabot street at the age of 75 years. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Orise (Spooner) Pitre; a daughter, Mrs. Alida Marshall, of Dracut; three sons, Henry, Felix and Alfred Pitre, all of this city; a sister, Mrs. Aurdelie Savard of Lowell; three brothers, Alderic, of this city, George of Dracut, and Emile Pitre of Montreal, P.Q., seven grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. The body was removed to the M. R. Laurin funeral home where friends may call.

Deceased is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Joseph Cromer of Montreal; one son, George Grondine, a second son by adoption, Raoul Grondine, both of this city; three sisters, Mrs. Valerie Barabe of St. Jean, P.Q., Mrs. Onesime Grondine and Mrs. Alfred Savard of this city; five brothers, Alfred and Emile Pitre, both of Montreal, Ulderic Pitre of Wamesit, Arthur Pitre of this city and George Pitre of Saxonville. The body was removed to the home of her son, George Grondine, 59 Beaulieu street.
