Obituary:  Fort Lauderdale News (Fort Lauderdale, FL), Friday, 6 January 1967:  Harry J. Pitre, 76, of 2411 SW Ninth St., died yesterday.  He is survived by his widow, Leonora F.; a son, a stepson, William Grant of Ft. Lauderdale; three daughters, including Mrs. Evelyn F. Burns of Ft. Lauderdale; a brother, two sisters, a grandson and two great-granddaughters.  Arrangements by Jennings Funeral Home.

Obituary:  Fort Lauderdale News (Fort Lauderdale, FL), Tuesday, 12 February 1974:  Leonora F. Pitre, 79, of 2411 SW 9th Street, Fort Lauderdale passed away on Monday.  Had been a resident of Fort Lauderdale since 1960 formerly from Long Island, New York.  She is survived by her daughter Evelyn Burns; son William Grant; brother Theodore Myers; sisters Lillian Fenn and Maude Krastel and one grandchild.  Friends may call on Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  Services to be held on Thursday 10 a.m. at Jennings Chapel with Rev. Dallas Gibson of The Faith Lutheran Church officiating.  Interment Lauderdale Memorial Park Cemetery.  Arrangements by Jennings Davie Boulevard Funeral Home.
