Reunited with her beloved husband Patrick (2008). Loving mother of Beverley (Doug) Nantais; Kathy (Dennis) Malott; Dan (Anne) Shea. Special grandma to Anne Marie Nantais (Fabio Volante); Amy (Dhivo) Krishnathasan; Scott Nantais (Carrie Smith); Crystal (Joey) DiStefano; David Malott (Jess Gerstman) Patrick, Emily and Ryan Shea. Great-grandma to Reese, Will, Alex, Max, Kylie and Presley. Predeceased by her parents Fred and Annie Peters and by sister Marjorie Arsenault and survived by her siblings Phyllis Gallant and Ralph (Velda) Peters as well as many nieces and nephews. Mom loved travelling, reading, knitting, and discussions about current events but most of all she loved her family. Visitation at Windsor Chapel (Banwell Chapel) on Friday, April 6, 2018 from 2pm until the time of her service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 4pm. Marjorie Bernetta Peters: Rooney Funeral Home (PEI): The death occurred at the O’Leary Community Hospital, O’Leary, on Monday, April 4, 2016, of Marjorie Bernetta (Peters) Arsenault, of St. Louis, aged 86 years. Born in St. Louis, on June 11, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Fred Peters and Annie (Caddigan) Peters. Survived by her sons: Wendell (Joyce) Arsenault, Summerside; and Wesley (Dagmar) Arsenault, Edmonton, AB; grandchildren Chad, Chantel, and Jason Arsenault; great-grandchildren: Emily, Michael, and Tyishia; a brother, Ralph (Velda) Peters, Windsor, ON; a sister Ada (Bert) Shea, Windsor, ON; and Phyllis (Leo) Gallant, Alberton, PEI. Predeceased by her husband Benjamin Arsenault and her children, Darlene and Wilbert. Resting at Rooney Funeral Home in Alberton, until Friday, then to Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road, for funeral mass at 10:30 am. Visiting hours Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation to the PEI Humane Society or the Western Hospital Equipment Fund would be greatly appreciated.
