Obituary:  Springfield Union (MA), Saturday, 29 May 1965: Mr. LaPite rites - Chicopee - The funeral of Dore J. LaPite of 97 Rivers Ave., Willimansett, was held Friday at the C. Blais & Son funeral home, with a solemn high mass of requiem in the Church of the Nativity.  Rev. Leon Sauvageau was celebrant. Rev. Leon Lussier, deacon, and Rev. Leo Fontaine, subdeacon.  Bearers were Rudolph Courchesne, Robert Perreault, Arthur LaPite, Ernest and Edward Duguay and Richard Crevier.  Burial was in St. Rose, conducted the service at the grave.

Obituary:  Springfield Union (MA), Friday, 7 March 1969: Mrs. Fidelie Lapite - Chicopee - Mrs. Fidelie (Perreault) LaPite, 65, of 6 Forest St., Willimansett, died Thursday in her home.  She was a retired employee of the former Livingston Mills.  She is survived by two sons, Dore and Arthur, both of Willimansett and a sister, Mrs. Armand Courchesne of South Hadley.  C. Blais and Son funeral home is in charge.  Burial will be in St. Rose Cemetery, Aldenville.
