Obituary: The Troy Record (Troy, NY), Saturday, 9 February 1963: Ex-Seaman drowns - Seaford - The body of a retired seaman was found yesterday floating in Seaman Creek. He had gone fishing Thursday and had not returned. Police said the victim, William Pitre, 68, apparently had drowned after his boat capsized.
