Obituaries for the children:
Alfred Lepitre: Le Progres de l’Est (Sherbrooke, QUE), Tuesday, 21 November 1905: Stanhope – Alfred Lepitre, who recently arrived in Stanhope from Kingsey Falls, suddenly passed away on Friday morning at the Carpenter Hotel. Lepitre was a laborer and was working at a nearby construction site. On Wednesday evening he arrived at the Carpenter Hotel, saying he wasn’t feeling well. On Friday morning he was found dying in his hotel room. Dr. Stevenson was called, but by the time he arrived, Lepitre had already died. He was 25 years old.
