Father of Lelia Pitre Boudreaux and Bonnie Pitre Parker. Grandfather of Chris, Stephanie, Jeffery, Kelly Boudreaux, and Dana Parker. Great-grandfather of Zachary and Dylan Boudreaux. Brother of Elaine Belcher, Ruby Johnson, and the late Elroy and Junius Pitre. Age 74 years. A lifelong resident of Harvey, LA. January 3, 2012 at the age of 90 years. Beloved wife of the late George
H. Pitre. Mother of Lelia P. Boudreaux (husband James) and Bonnie
P. Parker (husband Sherwood). Sister of Rita L. Landry, the late
Lena L. Granada and Anthony Lanier. Daughter of the late Frances
Rotolo Lanier and John Lanier. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8
great-grandchildren. She retired as the Office Manager from Westside Eye
Clinic. The family would like to express their gratitude and appreciation
to Hospice Compassus and the staff of Belle Vie Living Center, especially Pat,
Stephanie, Regina and Judy for your loving care and compassion. Relatives
and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Mothe Funeral Homes, Harvey,
LA on Monday, January 9, 2012 from 9 AM to 11 AM. A Mass will follow in
the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment in Westlawn Memorial Park.
