Arthur Francis Lepitre:  The Ottawa Citizen (Ottawa, ONT), Monday, 12 September 1994:  Arthur F. Lepitre, Peacefully in hospital in Ottawa on September 9, 1994, at the age of 74.  Dear husband of Hazel (Flanagan) LePitre.  Much loved father of Barbara, wife of Richard Sansom, and Barrie, husband of Nancy.  Beloved grandfather of Steven Sansom and Robert Sansom.  Survived by his sister, Rose Barker and his brothers, Gerald, John, Wilfred and Robert.  Predeceased by a brother, Valmore.  Also survived by several nieces and nephews.  Visitation at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, Ottawa, on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Monday after 1 p.m. until service in the chapel at 2 p.m.  Interment Capital Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Joseph Charles Gerald Lepitre:  1921-2016 Gerald Lepitre: Passed away at the CSSS Memphrémagog on June 15th, 2016 in his 95th year.  Beloved husband of the late Carrie Laro Lepitre.  Gerald leaves to mourn his sons Larry (Mary) and Gerald (Maxine); his grandchildren Jeff (Grace), Justin (Marianne) and Sirena (Matt) as well as by his great-grandchildren: Eliane, Kristen, Danielle, Leo and Thea.  He will also be missed by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Gerald was predeceased by his brothers and sister Arthur, Valmore, John, Wilfred, Rose and Robert.  The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Susie, Steve and Marie-Eve from the CLSC as well as to the staff at the Palliative care unit at the Memphremagog hospital for the wonderful care and compassion provided to Gerald.  Visitation will be held on Friday July 1st, 2016 from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. at the Cass Funeral Home, Stanstead.  A celebration of life will follow at the funeral home with Rev. Barbara Wintle officiating.  Interment will take place at a later date.

 

Joseph Remi John Lepitre:  The Hamilton Spectator (Hamilton, ONT), Saturday, 23 February 2008:  Lepitre, John - It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our father, John, on February 22, 2008, in his 85th year.  Predeceased by his wife Joyce.  Father to Wendy, Brenda (Fred) Murray, Gord (Trudy) Lepitre and Trudi (Dave) Goodfellow.  He was a loving grandfather to nine and great-grandfather to five.  Survived by his siblings Robert, Rose and Gerald.  Predeceased by his siblings Arthur, Val and Wilfred.  John served during WWII, overseas in the R.C.A.F.  He was retired from his position as a National Representative for the U.E.W.  In accordance with John's wishes, cremation has taken place.

 

Marie Rose Lepitre:  (Desourdy Inc. Funeral Home, QUE), 29 October 2013:  Rose Mary Lepitre-Barker 1924-2013 - Peacefully on Thursday, October 17, 2013 passed away Mrs. Rose Mary Lepitre.  Born March 20, 1924 in Marlington, QC.  She was the daughter of the late George and Erma (Powers) Lepitre, wife of the late John (Jack) Barker, her brothers; the late Arthur, the late Val, the late John, the late Wilfred and late Robert.  She is survived by her children: Gary (Susan Field), Susan (Francois Deguire) and Alan (Janice Hill); her grandchildren: Jennifer (Tony Falco), Michael (Catherine Bessette) and Jason (Amanda Dupont); her great-grandchildren: Olivia and Ella Falco, and Gavin Deguire; her brother Gerald (Carrie), many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.  Mama loved to sew, knit and give beautiful gifts to her family.  In her younger years, she enjoyed golfing, skiing, and giving time to the game as a volunteer at the B.M.P. Hospital.  Later in life, reading, doing the New York Times crossword puzzle every week.  She will be missed, her sense of humor and intelligence.  A private service will be at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory will be made to the Fondation du Centre d'Accueil of Cowansville, would be appreciated.  Arrangements are in the care of Desourdy Funeral Home Inc., Cowansville, Que.

Joseph Elphege Wilfrid Lepitre:  Stanstead Journal (Quebec), Wednesday, 23 November 2005:  (photo) Lepitre, Wilfrid - Passed away at the CSSS Coaticook, Monday, November 14, 2005, at the age of 80.  He was the husband of the late Laura Mary Gill.  Mr. Lepitre leaves to mourn his children Robin (Lu), Stephen (Bonnie), Mark (Yvan), Christopher (Lise), and Richard (Rachel), he also was the father of the late Mitchell.  He leaves his grandchildren Sherri (Patrick), Thomas (Sarah), Stewart (Guylaine), Michelle, Daniel, Megan, and William, along with his six great-grandchildren.  He leaves his brothers and sisters John (the late Joyce), Gerald (Carrie), Rose (Jack), and Robert (Pearl), he also was the brother of the late Arthur (Hazel) and the late Valmor (Bev).  He also leaves his brothers and sisters-in-law Edith (Louis), John (Norma), Georgina (Richard), and Robert (Joan), and many nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.  Rested at Charron et Fils Inc., Coaticook, Thurs., Nov. 17, Fri., Nov. 18 and Sat., Nov. 19, 2005, until 2 p.m. when the service was held at St. Stephen's Church, followed by interment in Crooker Brook Cemetery.  The family would like to sincerely thank the staff at CSSS Coaticook for the good care received.  As tribute, donations to the Coaticook CSSS Foundation would be appreciated.

Joseph Archie Victor Robert Lepitre:  Waterloo Region Record (Kitchener, ONT), Monday, 5 March 2012:  Lepitre, Robert (Bob) of Guelph, passed away at the Guelph General Hospital on Thursday, March 1, 2012, in his 80th year.  Beloved husband of 57 years to Pearl (nee Woodward).  Loved father of Denise Lepitre O'Drowsky of Waterloo, Joanne Campbell (Paul), Patti Beaumont (Michael) and Ann-Marie Lepitre (Dan), all of Guelph.  Dear Poppa of Stephanie, Matthew, Chelsey, Brittany, Julia, Anna and Brooklynn.  Brother to Gerry and Rose.  Predeceased by four brothers.  Friends will be received at the Wall-Custance Funeral Home & Chapel, Guelph, Monday (7-9 p.m.).  Memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at 11:00 a.m.  Interment of cremated remains at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Guelph.  Reception to follow in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Parkinson Society of Canada, Toronto, ON would be appreciated.
