Thomas Cornelius Pitre:  Edmonton Journal (Edmonton, ALB), Wednesday, 16 May 1917:  (photo)  Pte. Thomas Petrie, who left here with an Edmonton battalion in April 1916 and who has been in the trenches since June 1916 was killed at Vimy Ridge on April 9.  His home is 11636 95th street.
