Obituary:  New Orleans Item (N.O., LA), Tuesday, 5 January 1932:  West Bank News - Edward P. Pitre, 31, native of Chacahoula, La., and a resident of Gardere Subdivision, Gretna, for the past seven years, died Monday at 11:25 p.m.  He was the husband of the former Miss Emily Rawle and son of William Pitre and the late Octavia Pontiff, and brother of Mrs. A. Tomino.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the late residence in Gardere Subdivision with interment in McDonoghville cemetery.

- New Orleans States (N.O., LA), Sunday, 10 January 1932:  Pitre - On Monday, January 4, 1932, at 11:25 p.m., Edward P. Pitre, beloved husband of Emily Rawle, son of William Pitre and the late Octavia Pontiff, brother of Mrs. A. Tomino, aged 31 years, 11 months and 19 days, a native of Chacahoula, La., and a resident of Gretna seven years.

Obituary:  Times Picayune (N.O., LA), Monday, 1 August 1977:  Baudoin - Mrs. Emily Rawle Baudoin, of Harvey, La., on Sunday, July 31, 1977, at 4:35 o'clock a.m., beloved wife of Louis Baudoin, daughter of the late Seraphine Lepine and Frank Rawle; sister of Mrs. Alvin (Velma) Roussell, Rufus-Rawle the late Mrs. Charles (Gertrude) Perry, Mrs. George (Gladys) Leson, Charles, Earl and Fred Rawle, age 82 years, a native of Harvey, La.  Relatives and friends of the family, also officers and members of Amalgamated Transit Union Local No. 1400, and employees of Westside Transit Corporation, are invited to attend the funeral.  Services from Mothe Funeral Home, Inc., 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, La., on Tuesday, August 2, 1977 at 11 o'clock a.m.  Mass at Infant Jesus of Prague Catholic Church.  Interment Hook and Ladder Cemetery. Parlor will be open Monday, August 1, 1977 from 6 p.m. until midnight.
