Obituary: The Post Standard (Syracuse, NY), Friday, 19 September 1975: Massena - Edward B. LaShomb, 54, of Route 2, Norfolk, died Thursday at Massena Memorial Hospital where he had been admitted the night before. Donaldson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Services are tentatively set for Monday in the Church of the Visitation in Norfolk, the Rev. George Lemieux, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Church of Visitation Cemetery, Norfolk.

Watertown Daily Times (Watertown, NY), Thursday, 14 September 2006:
Norfolk - There will be no funeral for Bella LaShomb Belile, 83, of 1880
County Route 38. Mrs. Belile died Tuesday in Massena Memorial Hospital,
where she had been a patient since Sept. 7. Calling hours will be 7 to 9
pm Friday at Buck Funeral Home. A homemaker, she enjoyed gardening and
playing bingo. She was a communicant of the Church of the Visitation and a
member of the Altar and Rosary Society. Born Feb. 13, 1923, in England,
daughter of William G. and Florence M. Getman Vincent, she married
Edward B. LaShomb on July 9, 1945, in England. He died Sept. 18, 1975.
She married Glendon Belile on Nov. 24, 1979. He died Dec. 23, 1986.
Surviving are two sons and a daughter-in-law, Edward and Colleen,
Northwood, N.H., and Roy, Florida; a daughter and her husband, Susan
and Gene Bullock, Norfolk; a sister, Joan, of England, six
grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Allen Michael Lashomb: Watertown Daily Times (Watertown, NY), Monday, 24 May 1976: Massena - Allen Michael LaShomb, 22, son of Mrs. Bella Vincent LaShomb, Norfolk, RD2, died in Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital, Plattsburgh, at 11:20 a.m. Saturday as the result of injuries sustained in a one-car accident at 2:30 that morning. His car rolled, pinning him under it, after the vehicle left the Plumbrook Road. Mr. LaShomb, who sustained severe chest and head injuries, was taken to Massena Memorial Hospital by Rescue Squad and then transferred to the Plattsburgh Hospital.
