Obituary:  The San Francisco Examiner (San Francisco, CA), Sunday, 18 November 1962:  Peters - In Mountain View, Calif., Friday, Nov. 16, 1962, Huneywill Peters of Palo Alto, widower of Cassie Peters; father of Mrs. Agnes Derzay of Palo Alto, Richard and Albert Peters, both of San Francisco; also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; a native of Prince Edward Island, B.C.; aged 84 years.  Friends are invited to attend the funeral Monday morning at 9 o'clock from Tinney Funeral Chapel, 555 College Ave., Palo Alto, thence to the Church of St. Albert the Great, 1093 Channing Ave., Palo Alto, for a Requiem Mass, commencing at 9:30 a.m.  Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma.  The Rosary will be recited Sunday evening at 8 o'clock at the Tinney Chapel.

Peters, dearly beloved husband of Pauline (Mockel) Peters; loving father of Paula and Richard Peters; dear brother of Mrs. Agnes Derzay and Albert Peters.  A native of San Francisco, aged 53 years.  A member of South San Francisco Parlor Native Sons of the Golden West No. 157.  Funeral services Monday, Sept. 21, 1964, at 9:45 a.m., from the Chapels of Suhr & Wieboldt, 1465 Valencia, near 26th St., thence to Our Lady of Mercy Church (Westlake), where a Mass of Requiem will be offered for the repose of his soul, commencing at 10:30 a.m.  Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, Rosary, Sunday evening, 8:15 o'clock.
