Misc.:  Sun Journal (Lewiston, ME), 19 August 1941:  Lisbon - Mrs. Zoe Lapitre of West Lisbon, is reported to be gaining from injuries received Saturday.  She received head bruises, when thrown against the windshield of a car operated by Alfred Lapitre also of this town.  The accident happened on the old South River road, Lewiston.  Lapitre's car went into the ditch and a machine coming from the other direction, a truck operated by Samuel Snow, of Lewiston, went into the other ditch.

- The Lewiston Daily Sun (Lewiston, ME), Monday, 13 March 1944:  A warranty deed recorded in the Androscoggin Registry of Deeds this morning was from Zoe Lapitre, Lisbon, to Fred Lapitre, Lisbon, land in Lewiston on the Northeasterly side of the River Road, containing 40 acres; also land and buildings in Lisbon, March 6, 1944.

- Union Leader (Manchester, NH), Monday, 1 August 1955:  Lewiston, ME - Fred Lepitre, 65, was hospitalized in critical condition today with injuries suffered when two youths beat and robbed him of $2,500 at his cottage in Lisbon.  Lepitre, a retired lumber dealer, was found unconscious yesterday on the floor of his home.  Police said he was found by a baker, Fred Collins of North Monmouth.  Police said a partial description of the assailants matched with that of two men who stopped at a house in that area asking for a tow for their automobile.  The beating was believed to have happened about 2 a.m. yesterday.

MISC:  Sun Journal (Lewiston, ME), 18 July 1921:  (Summary) Zoe W. Richie, of Lisbon, wife of Newell Richie, now of parts unknown is applying for a divorce.  Her maiden name was Zoe Wynne, married Newell Richie at Lewiston on 7 April 1902.  On 12 February 1916, he deserted her and their family home without cause.  Zoe is applying for a divorce and custody of their 3 children: Willie 15, Edmund 10 and Undarian 6.  Dated 6 May 1921.  Divorce granted May 1922, utter desertion.
