Obituary: Hardwick Gazette (Hardwick, VT), Thursday, 5 May 1966: Ethel L. Lapete, who has been a patient at the Greensboro Nursing Home for the past two years died at the Hardwick Hospital on May 1. Mrs. Lapete was born September 23, 1877, the daughter of Alphus and Laura H. Bassett. She leaves two sisters, Mrs. Iris H. Collier and Mrs. Jeanette P. Hanson. Burial was in the Greensboro Village Cemetery.
