Obituary: Charlottetown Guardian (PEI), Wednesday, 2 May 1956: In Memoriam - Mrs. Augustus Peters - It was with a feeling of sadness and regret that the people of St. Charles learned of the death of Mrs. Augustus Peters, which occurred in the Charlottetown Hospital, after a brief illness, on March 6th, 1956. In her passing the community has lost one who constantly gave unstintingly to the advancement of measure for the general improvement of home, school and parish. The deceased was endowed with a cordial and friendly disposition which earned for her a host of friends who enjoyed her hospitality on so many occasions.
