Richard Peters:  Jul 16, 1937 - Jan 14, 2021. Peters, Richard J. P. of Milford passed away on January 14, 2021 after a five-year battle with ALS.  He was born in Maine on July 16, 1937 to Andrew Peters and Hilda Wing-Schwartz.  He has one surviving sister Evelyn and was predeceased by his sister Joan.  His mother owned the Dubbnet pub in Bridgeport and Richard owned beauty salons in Stratford and Milford.  He also worked as a truck driver and self-published in his free-time.  Richard leaves behind a daughter Michele Bullock and two granddaughters, Trinity and Sophie of North Haven, and their father Keith Bullock of Hamden.  Additionally he is survived by sister-in-law Diane Caramanica of Milford and her three sons and grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and his wife's only surviving sibling Richard Caramanica of New York and his children and grandchildren.  Richard also leaves behind his two closest friends Jean Lenotti-Albese of Milford, and closest friend Laura Robinson of Southport, whom he has known since childhood.  His favorite thing to do was watch movies with Fury, his German Shepherd and watch political news channels.  They are undoubtedly doing this together (and arguing about his staunch viewpoints LOL) with other beloved pets, friends and relatives that have passed somewhere as you read this.  He will be missed.
