Buchanan of Colorado Springs will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Sunset Chapel Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. William Hopkins officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Buchanan died Thursday in Colorado Springs. He was born July 18, 1925 in Milwaukee, Wis., and had been a Colorado Springs resident since 1975. Mr. Buchanan served in the Army and was a member of the American Legion, the Disabled American Veterans and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was Lutheran. Survivors include his wife, Bonnie J. Buchanan of Colorado Springs, three daughters, Angela Buchanan and Monica Nute, both of Colorado Springs, and Gail Jenkins of Fort Belvoir, Va,; one son, Robert W. Buchanan of Yampa; and one granddaughter.
