Pitre Jr., at Raceland, La., on Saturday, February 20, 1971 at 10:40 o'clock p.m., beloved husband of Pauline Cheramie; father of Mrs. Clinton Cheramie, Mrs. Herbert Terrebonne Jr., and Mrs. Richard Autin Jr.; brother of the late Felix and Thomas; son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Victor J. Pitre Sr.; survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; age 75 years; a native and a resident of Golden Meadow, La.  Relatives and friends of the family, also officers and members of Anthony Griffin American Legion Post No. 259 of Golden Meadow, La., are invited to attend the funeral.  Services from Falgout Funeral Home, Inc., Galliano, La., on Monday, February 22, 1971 at 9:30 o'clock a.m., religious services at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church, Golden Meadow, La., at 10 o'clock a.m.  Interment in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Mausoleum, Golden Meadow, La.  Falgout Funeral Home, Galliano, in charge.

Obituary:  Lafourche Daily Comet (LA):  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow for Pauline Cheramie Pitre, 90, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, who died at 11:51 p.m. Wednesday, June 21 (1995).  Visitation will be 1 to 11 p.m. today and 8 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  She was the mother of Gosta Terrebonne and Leola Autin; sister of Louman Cheramie and Elda Martin.  She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Pitre Jr.; parents, Julia Williams and Theodore Cheramie; a daughter, Mildred Cheramie; six brothers, Pete, Richard, Levy, Ecton, Ellis and Waldo Cheramie; and four sisters, Bertha Lorraine and Ezona, Gosta and Angeline Cheramie.  She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church and a member of the Ladies of La-Salette, Homemakers Club and Ladies Auxilary of American Legion Post 259.  Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano is in charge of arrangements.

Augusta Pitre:  Lafourche Daily Comet (LA):  Gosta Pitre Terrebonne, 89, a native of Golden Meadow and a resident of Cut Off, died Monday, March 7, 2011.  Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.  Mass will be held at noon Monday at the church, with burial in Cheramie Cemetery.  She is survived by one son, Lindo Terrebonne and wife, Thelma; one sister, Leola Autin; three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert J. Terrebonne Jr.; her parents, Victor and Pauline C. Pitre; one sister, Mildred P. Cheramie; and an infant brother and sister.  Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements

Mildred Marie Pitre:  Times Picayune (New Orleans, LA), Saturday, 19 September 1992:  Mildred Cheramie at Galliano, LA on Friday, September 18, 1992 at 3:40 o'clock AM.  Beloved wife of the late Clinton Cheramie.  Daughter of Pauline Cheramie Pitre and the late Victor Pitre Jr.  Mother of Jo Ann Cheramie, Louis and Rodney Cheramie.  Sister of Leola Pitre Autin and Goster Pitre Terrebonne.  Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.  Age 69 years.  Native of Golden Meadow, LA and resident of Dos G--s, LA.  Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral.  Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cut Off, LA on Saturday, September 19, 1992 at 11:00 o'clock AM.  Entombment in church mausoleum.  A visitation will be held at the church Saturday from 9:00 AM until time of service.  Falgout Funeral Home of Raceland in charge of arrangements.

Leola Marie Pitre:  Leola Pitre Autin, 94, a native and resident of Golden Meadow passed away on December 12, 2019.  A visitation will be held at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow on December 17, 2019 from 9:00 am until services.  Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the Church cemetery.  Mrs. Leola is survived by her daughter; Kathleen A. Dantin, sons; Kenneth Autin wife Carolyn, Curtis Autin wife Heidi, 5 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.  Mrs. Autin was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Joseph Autin, son-in-law; Earl Dantin, grandchild; Elliot Dantin, parents; Victor and Pauline Cheramie Autin, and sisters; Gosta Terrebonne, and Mildred Cheramie.  The family would like to thank the staff of The Broadway Nursing Home for the care they provided.
