Obituaries for the children:

Cecilia Mae Peters:  C.B. Post, Saturday, 2 July 2005:  Cecilia Mae Sampson, 84, a resident of Harbourstone Enhanced Care facility and formerly of Blackett's Lake Road, passed away peacefully Friday, July 1, 2005, with the knowledge that she was now free to go, deeply loved by her family who will love and miss her forever.  Born in L'Ardoise, she was the daughter of the late Simon and Susan Peters of L'Ardoise.  Cecilia is a former member of St. Theresa parish, Sydney, and was involved in the ladies auxiliary.  She was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 151, East Bay.  Cecilia is survived by the love of her life, her husband, Leo; three daughters, Patsy Burton (Ralph), Marion Bridge, Carol LeBlanc (Jamie), Livonia, Mich., U.S.A., Marie Butler (Mike), P.E.I.; five sons, John Poirier (Heather), Alphonse Poirier (Aileen), Charles Poirier (Sharon), all of Ontario, Ron Sampson (Sylvia), P.E.I., and James Sampson (Gisele), Moncton, N.B.  Also surviving is one sister, Rita MacKay, Cambridge, Ont.; and brother, Abe Peters, Sydney; 25 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.  Besides her parents, she was predeceased by seven brothers and sisters.  Visitation for the late Cecilia Mae Sampson will be held Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in T.W. Curry Parkview Chapel.  Funeral services will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. in T.W. Curry Parkview Chapel with Fr. Frank Abbass officiating.  Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Sydney Forks.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mary's Parish Renovation Fund, East Bay.  By request of the family, if flowers are to be sent, they ask that no roses by used because of an allergic condition by one of the family members.
