Obituary:  Lafourche Daily Comet:  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off for Paul Say Pitre Sr., 79, a native and resident of Cut Off who died at 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 28 (1993).  Visitation will be 5 to 10 p.m. today and 8 a.m. until Funeral time Friday at Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano.  Interment will be in the church Cemetery.  He was the father of Paul Pitre Jr. and Anna Bella P. Molaison; brother of Edes Pitre, Lelia Lefort and Thelma Rodriguez.  He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Florence Curole Pitre; parents, Dider and Julia Pitre; a son, Nolan J. Pitre; five brothers, Leo, Mark, Percy, Marcus and Anthonie Pitre; and three sisters, Edith Curole, Richess Theriot and Margret Theriot.  Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano is in charge of arrangements.

Obituary:  Lafourche Daily Comet:  9 September 1992:  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off for Florence Curole Pitre, 77, a resident of Cut Off, who died at 11:05 p.m. Wednesday.  Visitation will be from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. today and from 7:00 a.m. until Funeral time Friday at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano.  She was the wife of Paul S. Pitre; mother of Paul Pitre Jr., and Anna Bella Pitre Molaison; sister of Ecton Curole and Judith C. Pitre.  She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents Victor and Laura Pierce Curole; a son, Nolan J. Pitre; brothers, Orestile, Edwin and Paul Curole; sisters, Rose and Laura Curole.  Falgout Funeral Home Galliano is in charge of arrangements.

Pitre of Harvey, La., on Friday, March 18, 1988.  Husband of Gertrude Lombardo Pitre.  Father of Monique Pitre; Son of Florence Curole Pitre and Paul Pitre Sr.; brother of Anna Bella Molaison and Paul Pitre Jr.  Age 39 years.  Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend funeral services from Mothe Funeral Homes Inc., 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, La., on Monday, March 21, 1988 at 11:30 a.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the funeral home chapel.  Interment Westlawn Memorial Park.  Parlors will be open on Monday, March 21, 1988 from 9am until funeral time.
