He was preceded in death by his wife, Florence Curole Pitre; parents, Dider and Julia Pitre; a son, Nolan J. Pitre; five brothers, Leo, Mark, Percy, Marcus and Anthonie Pitre; and three sisters, Edith Curole, Richess Theriot and Margret Theriot. Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano is in charge of arrangements.

She was preceded in death by her parents Victor and Laura Pierce Curole; a son, Nolan J. Pitre; brothers, Orestile, Edwin and Paul Curole; sisters, Rose and Laura Curole.
