- Charlotte remarried to Joseph King, 17 June 1901, in Fairfield.

Obituary:  Morning Sentinel (Waterville, ME), Saturday, 10 April 1965:  Fairfield - Mrs. Charlotte King, 80, of 5 King Street, Fairfield, died at a Waterville nursing home Friday following a long illness.  She was born in Campbeltown, PEI, Nov. 11, 1874, the daughter of Lamont and Sara (Gallant) LeClair.  Her husband, Joseph, died in 1945.  Mrs. King was a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Fairfield, and the St. Anne Society.  Surviving are two sons, Lawrence King of Benton and Alexander King of Waterville; one daughter, Mrs. Margaret St. Amand, Fairfield; also a step-daughter, Mrs. Edward Poirier of Waterville; 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 8 a.m. from the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Fairfield.  Burial will be in the St. Francis Cemetery, Waterville.  Friends may call at the Lawry Brothers Funeral Home, Fairfield, today from 7 to 10 and Sunday and Monday evening from 3 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.
