Obituary:  Syracuse Herald Journal (NY), Saturday, 3 December 1994:  Clarabell Peters, 84, of 160 Nottingham Road, and formerly of Remington Avenue, died Friday at University Hospital.  Mrs. Peters was a life resident of Syracuse.  She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star.  Surviving are a son, Richard of Rochester; three sisters, Marie Brann and Anna Meals, both of Syracuse, and Margaret Chittendon of Orlando, Fla.; three granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews.  Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Paul's United Methodist Church.  Burial will be in Onondaga Valley Cemetery.  Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home.  Contributions may be made to University Dialysis Center, Syracuse.
