Obituary: Montreal Journal (QUE), 16 May 1987: Pitre (Robert), Berthe, Following the death of Mrs. Berthe Pitre, wife of the late Oscar Pitre, which occurred in Montreal on March 10 at the age of 92 years, her daughter Laurette, her husband Welley Berard, grandchildren and great-grandchildren sincerely thank the people who have shown them signs of sympathy either by cards, Mass offerings, flowers, visits, or funeral attendance. Marie Solange Lorette Pitre: Berard-Pitre, Laurette, At Montreal, 17 May 1991, at the age of 75 years, passed away Madame Laurette Pitre, wife of the late Welley Berard. She is survived by her son Claude, her daughter-in-law Louise Remy, granddaughters: Melanie and Nathalie, wife of Francois Paris, her great-granddaughter Vanessa Paris, as well as many relatives and friends. Viewing Sunday 19 May 1991 2-5 p.m. and 7-10 p.m. at the salon: Alfred Dallaire Inc., Montreal. The funeral will take place Monday, 20 May at 11 a.m. in Ste. Jeanne d'Arc church, Montreal and then to the crematorium Alfred Dallaire Inc., Longueuil. Donations to the Cardiology Institute of Montreal would be appreciated.
